What a landmark order actually involves
A tall pole in a public square is a construction project with a product inside it.
Site data
Design wind speed, seismic zone, soil report and the flag size to be flown.
Structural design
Shaft sections, flange joints, base plate and anchor group calculated and issued for approval.
Fabrication
Section rolling, machining, welding with non-destructive testing, polishing or coating.
Delivery and erection
Section logistics, lifting plan, site supervision and commissioning of the drive system.
