From wind load to foundation detail
For poles above 30 m we work from your site conditions rather than a standard sheet: design wind speed, exposure category, seismic zone, soil capacity and flag area are reviewed before the shaft is released to production.
- Structural calculation for shaft, base plate and anchor group, issued for consultant review.
- Material traceability with mill certificates for plate, tube and stainless coil.
- Foundation coordination with anchor bolt templates and embedded parts supplied to the civil contractor.

Which material should I choose, stainless steel or aluminum?
Aluminum suits most commercial and campus projects because of its lower weight and lower maintenance. Stainless steel is chosen where the architectural finish matters or where a coastal, high-humidity environment demands SS316L.
Can you produce a flagpole taller than 60 m?
Yes. Poles from 60 m to 150 m are built as multi-section structures with project-specific structural calculations, foundation design and erection planning.
Do you supply to contractors outside China?
Most of our output is exported. We supply against drawings and issue export packing, mill certificates and inspection records for customs and consultant approval.
