Specification and quotation
What information do you need to quote?
Required height, quantity, flag size, installation location and design wind speed, preferred material and finish, manual or electric operation, and destination country or port.
How fast do you reply?
Standard enquiries are answered within one working day. Tall or engineered poles may need two to three days for a structural review before a price is issued.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum, but freight economics normally make a single pole uneconomical to export. Mixed orders with accessories are common.
Can you supply samples?
For accessories and finishes yes. For shafts, we normally supply finish samples and a pre-production unit for OEM programmes rather than a full sample pole.
Product and engineering
What is the maximum height?
Standard stainless steel production goes to 60 m, aluminum to 20 m, and engineered monumental structures to 150 m.
Which wind speed do you design to?
The design wind speed of the site, taken from the local code such as ASCE 7-16 or EN 1991-1-4. Our standard series are rated to 150 mph, but tall poles are always calculated per project.
Do you supply anchor bolts and templates?
Yes, together with the pole so the foundation can be cast to the correct setting-out before the shaft arrives.
Is the finish guaranteed against corrosion?
Stainless finishes are passivated and tested beyond 5,000 hours neutral salt spray; anodized aluminum is sealed. Warranty terms are stated on the quotation and depend on grade and environment.
Delivery, packing and payment
What is the lead time?
Typically 20 to 35 days for standard poles after drawing approval, and 8 to 16 weeks for engineered structures depending on height and inspection requirements.
How are flagpoles packed for sea freight?
Shafts are wrapped in protective film and packed in wooden cradles; fittings are crated separately and listed on the packing list. Section lengths are planned around container dimensions.
What are your payment terms?
Normally a deposit with the balance against the pre-shipment inspection report. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Do you handle installation overseas?
We supply erection plans and site supervision, and can quote installation through partner contractors depending on the country.
What we do not manufacture
Our production covers outdoor flagpoles only. We do not manufacture indoor flagpoles, telescopic flagpoles or desktop flagpoles. If your project includes those items, they need to be sourced separately.
